• Configuration parameters you enter in the wizard
• Generated configuration files associated with your account
• Payment transaction records (processed by Stripe — we do not store credit card details)

• To generate and deliver your configuration files
• To manage your account and license entitlements
• To communicate about your purchases and account status
• To improve the parameter database and wizard experience

Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/privacy.

Data Storage

Your account information, configuration data, and generated files are stored on our secure servers. We do not sell, share, or distribute your data to third parties.

Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you signed in and to track beta code redemptions. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing contact@vcuconfig.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
