How to Tune IsaInit on ZombieVerter VCU

📖 What Does It Do?

ISA shunt init on startup.

Default value: 0

Valid range: 0 to 1

⚠️ **CRITICAL INIT PROCEDURE:**

1. Set ISAmode=Init (On), click Save

2. Power cycle VCU AND shunt together (both must restart at same time)

3. Check 'udc' and 'idc' spot values — should show real readings

4. IMMEDIATELY set ISAmode back to Normal (Off), click Save

5. Do NOT leave in Init mode — it re-initializes every boot, resetting SOC

🚨 **WIRING RULES:**

ISA shunt MUST have permanent 12V (not ignition-switched)

U1 terminal → inverter side of main contactor (load side), NOT battery side

120Ω termination resistor across shunt CAN H/L pins

Without correct wiring, precharge will fail (no DC bus measurement)
