Start with the default value and adjust in small increments. Monitor vehicle behavior after each change before making further adjustments.

💡 Tuning Tips

⚠️ **ZV IS OPPOSITE TO MOST SYSTEMS:** ZombieVerter expects potmin/potmax set INSIDE mechanical travel (clipped range), not outside.

HOW TO MEASURE:

1. In ZombieVerter web UI → Spot Values page

2. Look at the 'pot' value with foot completely OFF the pedal

3. Enter ~10-20 digits ABOVE that reading here

Example: foot-off reads 420 → set potmin=435

COMMON MISTAKES:

  • potmin BELOW off-throttle value → car creeps forward at rest
  • pot2 also needs calibration even in single-pedal mode!
  • Forgetting throtmax=0 kills all throttle (the #1 bug)

    • AFTER SETTING: Verify potnom shows 0% at rest, 100% at full pedal.
