Motor Control

21

fmax

Hz

Maximum motor frequency. RPM = fmax ร— 60 / polepairs.

Default: 200

boost

dig

Voltage at 0 RPM โ€” controls starting torque. Higher = stronger launch.

Default: 1700

fweak

Hz

Field weakening start frequency. Above this, motor enters constant-power region.

Default: 90

numimp

ppr

Speed sensor pulses per revolution.

Default: 60

polepairs

Motor pole pairs. CRITICAL โ€” set this correctly for your motor.

Default: 2

fslipmax

Hz

Maximum slip frequency (induction motors). Sets full-throttle torque.

Default: 3

snsm

enum

Motor temperature sensor type. Must match your motor's actual sensor.

Default: 12

fslipmin

Hz

Minimum slip frequency (induction motors). Sets creep torque.

Default: 1

encmode

enum

Encoder/position sensor type. This is your motor's 'eyes' โ€” it tells the inverter where the rotor is.

Default: 0

dirchrpm

rpm

RPM below which direction change is allowed.

Default: 100

udcnom

V

Nominal DC link voltage. 0 = auto-calculate from actual bus voltage.
